Great set of resources in the web 2.0 portion of Outlook!

Another use for church-based blogs is as an additional model for sunday school. We recently launched a blog-based sunday school class (www.e-mmaus.blogspot.com), targeted at those members of the congregation who are infrequent sunday school attendees, or who currently can't attend sunday school for various reasons.

We're seeing some of the same faces in the weekly meetings, but the stats (www.statcounter.com is another good, free resource) show that many others are participating online. - Ken Roper

Thanks Leslie for helping to bring Web 2.0 to the attention of Presbyterians.

General Assembly Council Executive Director Linda Valentine joined the blog world (http://presbyterian.typepad.com/lindavalentine) by sharing experiences and photographs from her recent trip to Asia. She enjoyed the experience so much that she's planning to continue the blog as a way to communicate the work of the GAC. - Dianna Ott

Props to the Outlook for this Web 2.0 issue. Blogs have huge potential to expand the church's scope, challenge our theology, and call us to new ways of gospel living.
